Your SEO team will uncover which terms your potential customers are searching for in order to guide the strategy going forward. If we don’t know what you are doing and you don’t know what we are doing there is no chance that the engagement will be a success. We require at minimum bi-weekly calls and most start out with weekly touchpoints. Its good to be in know.
We never want you to question what we are doing on your campaign. In many cases work is done on your site during our weekly/bi-weekly calls and what is not done there will be reported to you immediately following its complete. We not only want you to know what we are doing, we will at times teach you how to do it.
We don’t want for you to struggle to get answers when questions arise. Our client relations team has the skills and abilities to answer 90% or your questions when they arise but you also have access to the SEO team to answer the questions when needed.
We never want you to feel like you are stuck in a situation that is not working for you for whatever reason. For that reason our engagements operate on a month to month bases. Although most of our clients stay with us long term we understand that things come up that don’t make that possible. All we require is that you let us know 15 days before your next renewal.
